The survey website does not work so I had to leave my review here. Last week I had an issue with haircut to the point I wore a hat to work so I won't get clowned on.. Alexa quickly contacted me within 24 hours which I thought was amazing timing. I was able to come in to fix my hair. Cesar was the man. He did some crazy magic with my hair.
